Description

Confirmation is a trick-taking game that was published in the 1994 book, "The Trump Game" (ザ・トランプゲーム), in Japan.

It is a must-follow game for 4 players, in which players will earn points by winnings tricks and hitting their bid. In the game, you bid at the end of the hand, however, in one of the oldest examples of this mechanic.

Specifically, players will play all but the last card in their hand, and this card determines their bid. Alternatively, a player can declare their bid earlier in the round by setting a card from their hand face up in front of themselves, but they only receive half as many points for hitting their bid.

The player with the most points after several rounds wins.
