Conquest of the Crystal Palace is a Japanese game for the NES. It is a side-scrolling platformer. The game takes place in a fantasy realm. The main character is a 15 year-old boy named Farron. He travels with his dog, Zap to regain control of the titular Crystal Palace. At the beginning of the story you chose one of three crystals that grant you a special power throughout the game. You can also call on your dog at any time to help you destroy enemies until his life bar depletes.
