Two promo cards were handed out at Gen Con 2016. One of the Republican presidential nominee and one of the Democratic presidential nominee. They are alternate art versions of the Reptilian Supreme Leader used with the Conspiracy! solitaire rules. They are not needed, but just to add flavor to that version.
