Crack the Code

Game ID: GID0077460
Collection Status
Description

Crack the Code with three levels of challenge is a brain testing game of logic and mental concentration. The object of the game is to crack the secret code of your opponent by means of simple logic and deduction. Players challenge each other in turn by setting out a row of three, four or five coloured code counters according to the level of skill and difficulty to be played. The game can be made even tougher by allowing the code maker to use any number of the same coloured counters, and or leave spaces, to make up the code.

The code maker sets up the sliding screen so that it is placed directly in front of them just allowing space to place and hide their secret code in the spaces provided. The code breaker must try to duplicate the exact colours and positions of the secret code. Each attempt is marked with a tick for an exact colour and position match or a cross for the correct colour but incorrect position.

Players swap roles and the winner is the one who breaks the code in the least number of attempts.
