Description

Abstract game for two players. Best played on a Reversi board, can be extended over a 19x19 Goban.
rules:
1) players place alternately one piece on the board
2) pieces on the board influence their cell and all the cells along horizontal, vertical and diagonal lines, up to the first occupied cell included.
3) a player can occupy a cell if the number of pieces of him influencing that cell is equal or higher than that of the opponent; if the cell is empty, that player occupies it with one of his pieces, if it's occupied by the opponent, the player will change that piece with one of his pieces.
4) when a player has no more available moves, he must pass the turn to his opponent
5) game is over when both player have no more moves
6) the winner is the player with the higher number of pieces on the board when the game is over

A "pie rule" is recommender for the opening (first player has a clear advantage); otherwise, a compensation (like Komi in Go) should be used (TBD)
