This is an introductory adventure for 'Curse of Strahd' called 'Death House'. Like most introductory adventures, Death House is available from Wizards of the Coast completely free of charge and includes maps.
I recommend not starting with this module, instead take a look at my mini-supplimental 'Curse of Strahd: Rebitten - Improved Beginning' for a more action packed thrill ride, that will keep your players hooked.
We are going to railroad this chapter slightly before rapidly expanding the players freedoms in later chapters. Players do not really have a choice in whether they will take part, they only control their personal actions within it and what they do at the end.
We are also going to make a lot of changes; starting with renaming it 'Durst Manor' rather than 'Death House', it makes it more of a surprise for your adventurers. We will create a new introduction before 'Durst Manor and the enemies will be more suitable for a level 1 party.
