Cutlass! is a ruleset for fantasy pirate miniatures produced by Black Scorpion Miniatures. Players represent leaders of pirate gangs on an island, struggling for supremacy. They recruit their gangs and lead them into battle.
Cutlass is a fantasy pirate skirmish game. A crew/gang consists of around 10-30 models and a game takes a couple of hours.
Each round players determine their available action points and then activate their gang members to perform actions (moving, shooting, special). This is no typical I go, U go, as it is possible, that the active player is interrupted, because an enemy model manages to react to an action. The until then inactive player becomes the new active player until he might be interrupted again.
Supplied are also campaign rules, where your gang gets more (in)famous, recruits new members, buys better equipment, gains new skills, etc...
