Cyber Bullying

From the introduction:

Cyber-bullying is a tabletop RPG game based in a cyberpunk world where violence doesn’t exist, except for the worst violence of them all, hurting feelings. All combat takes place with conversation and dialogue. You play as someone who’s goal is to hurt people’s feelings and take over the city. Heroes and law run around the city trying to prevent this, but you will take them out and run this place, by any means necessary, except physical violence of course.
