Mind's Eye Publishing's first d20 supplement presents a superhero setting where psionics are prevalent. The bulk of the material presented includes classes, powers, equipment, and so forth. The setting itself is derived secondarily from the primary materials.
In most respects the supplement is a traditional d20 release-the exception being a heavy emphasis on psionics which largely are derived from (inspired by) the AD&D 2nd Edition psionics system. Most powers presented are psionic.
The game was released as "version 1.0" with planned regular updates based on reader response; apparently version 1.0 was the only edition released.
