Darby’s Heroes is a Role-Playing Game in the traditional sense, with a Game Moderator (GM) and Players who play Player Characters (PCs). The GM sets up an adventure and the action involved in broad strokes. The PCs are the protagonists of the adventure and have free will to explore the adventure, follow it, change it to their needs, and even disregard it, during play.
