I guess the big question is why did we call it the book of arrogance? Well the main reason is the psychic has been blessed with the power of the mind. While others have had to train hard for their skills and powers, most psychic powers are given with minimal effort.
It does have a tendency to make psychics… well cocky.
Additionally, most of the psychic races have differing degrees of natural arrogance. Those that have owned cats know that cattitude that makes them both adorable and annoying. Dragons are usually the most powerful beings in their environment and fear little. Minotaurs are a proud race of warrior s that are feared throughout North America. The Harvesters are a powerful psychic race that might just be the biggest threat to the world as we know it. The Stumpies just don’t care.
