Description

Back of Box

Your S.P.A.D.'S wings shudder against the force of the turn as you twist and dodge out of the Fokker's sights. A steep bank slams you against the cockpit edge, but suddenly the Fokker is hanging in front of your guns and your tracers are spitting holes across its wings. You didn't become an ace by falling into traps, and neither will your opponent.

DAWN PATROL Computer Game places you in the cockpit of any one of 12 Allied or German planes from World War I. Each plane is programmed to respond to its controls the way the real plane did. You must manipulate ailerons, rudder, elevators and throttle to outfly and outfight up to five enemy planes at once. Three-dimensional perspective views in five directions give you the feel of real seat-of-the-pants flying. Can you face the challenge of real-time dog-fighting? Only the aces will know.

For use with the APPLE II or APPLE II+ with DOS 3.3 and 48K

Real-time simulation and animated Hi-Res graphics
