Description

Going from port to port to export Uruguayan products and purchase international products!

How to play the game?

Each player receives 8 "Shipping Manifest" cards, worth $3.000 each, and a steamboat (coloured pieces). Then, all players roll the die; the player who has the highest number is in charge of giving out the 64 "Shipping Orders" cards to other players during the game.

The "Shipping Manifest" cards correspond to the products shipped from Uruguay. The "Shipping Orders" cards correspond to the purchases done during the trip.

Two steamboats leave from Montevideo, and the two others leave from Colonia, moving with one die roll in the direction indicated by the arrows. Each arrow takes one move, and the possibility to win is equal on all routes.

When a steamboat docks at a port, the player hands over the corresponding "Shipping Manifest" card to deliver the products, taking in exchange the "Shipping Orders" card for that specific port.

In the case that a steamboat has to go back to a port because of some fog, an engine malfunction, etc. on route (see obstacle rules at the bottom right of the map), the player cannot take or deliver merchandise.

The game ends when all steamboats are back to their ports of origin. The first steamboat back to its port gains an extra $10.000. The winner is the person who made the most amount of money. The "Shipping Orders" cards are summed up, deducing the amount of all "Shipping Manifest" cards still in a player's possession (products not delivered).
