The heroes have entered the realm of Xo'Artal after the long and perilous journey in the first volume of the regional campaign Green Hell. In the city of Amakun they delve deep into the culture of its proud people who experience strange a mixture of a blood cult and the arts, crafts of war and deep spirituality. But the heroes are not here to relax! Porto Velvenya must be saved, and to achieve this, the heroes become part of a grand ceremony. Every few decades the residents of Amakun must prove that they are still worthy of the grace of their many luxurious gods. But this time the Xo'Artal are put on a really hard test - and the heroes with them.

The second part of the book describes the people of the Xo'Artal and the game rules to you need to play a Xo'Artal Warrior, a blood mage or blood priest. There is a description of the Xo'Artal-cities in general and particularly of Amakun, as well as new creatures of Uthuria.
