Det Store Indianer-Spil

Game ID: GID0093200
Collection Status
Description

Det Store Indianer-Spil (The Great Indian Game) is about gaining control of the opposing player(s) village, by having more Indians in the village than the owning player.

The same goes for the different areas of land, where it is possible to take control of each segment by having more Indians in the segment, denying the opposing Indians access to the area.

The game features both roll and move rules as well as fixed movement rules. The game is also playable with and without cavalry, and with 2-4 players.

Note:
I've investigated this game rather heavily, and as far as I can tell it is from before 1962 (where it appears in a Toy-maker's Guild anniversary catalogue)
However, the publisher no longer exists, and the owner of the publishing toy company died in 1991, leaving little to no traces to follow.
