Devils in the Woods—The Battle of the Bulge 1944 is a new scenario pack that tells the story of the Battle of the Bulge from the perspective of the dog faces of the American 3rd Armored Division, facing down an onrushing German 116th Panzer Division during 20-24 December, 1944. The gamer is hurled into the height of the most dangerous period of the Battle of the Bulge, in pitched battles that play out over two historical maps, covering Melines and the Quatre Bras crossroads portions of the battlefield.
The game is an Advanced Squad Leader module.
The entire battle-site was mapped on foot by designer Pedro Ramis and the detail is incredible! Scenarios bring you into the ranks of the 23rd Armored Engineer Battalion, Kampfgruppe Bayer, Task Force Mize, CCR, and other hard-fighting combat elements.
The game comes with two historical game maps and 12 scenarios. The scenarios are numbered #9-#20.
