Dictator is an old ZX Spectrum game where you take the role of Dictator from the Ritimban Republic.
The game consist on a series of cabinet choice making options while you rule Ritimban. These include pleasing any of the different citizen groups, increasing you chance by buying an escape helicopter or "budget detouring" to a Swiss acount.
