You wake up in a dark dungeon, and you can not you remember how you got there. You can overcome the prison guards, a dark orc, quickly, and if you want, you can even liberate other prisoners. But then you got to leave the premises, where black orcs and other creatures are brooding.
In the beginning you're just looking for a way to get out. But soon you will realize that it's about something much more fundamental: the very survival!
