This is a special card for the Siedler von Catan card game distributed in special fairs usually by mr. Klaus Teuber itself.
The card name is "Arnd, der findige Knappe" what means "Arnd, the resourceful Squire" and is a special thanks to Arnd Beenen, senior producer of Catan GmbH.
The card text says: "Place a Knight over this card. Those two cards together are now a unit protect from the effects of 'Imelda', 'Bürgerkrieg' and 'Bestechung'. If the knight is removed, Arnd goes to the discard pile."
