The Empire of Horas is proud of its glorious past, of the aggregation of knowledge sacred to Hesinde and of the recent results of its skillful diplomats and traders. What would be, however, if this was built "new order" was not stable, if documents from the glorious past turned out to be a game of diplomats and a product of hagglers?
