The game has cards describing bad situations. Pairs of cards are used to create dilemmas for the players. The game can be played in two different modes:

Create dilemmas for the other players and make them as difficult as possible. Penalty points are awarded if the other players choice is not split evenly. The player with the fewest penalty points wins.
Guess what your teammates choose and obtain as many points as possible. This mode also has a two player variant.
