Description

From publisher blurb:

In the infinite tapestry of the multiverse, there are those who fight, those who rule, and those who seek to unravel its secrets. And then there are those who build—artisans who do not simply shape steel, but forge the very essence of existence into their creations. These are the Planar Artisans, crafters of the impossible, blacksmiths of the multiverse, whose hands have touched the edges of reality itself.

While others may be bound by the laws of physics, the Planar Artisan defies them. They work with materials that do not belong to any one world—metal that weighs nothing, cloth that remembers its wearer, blades that drink in the light of dying stars. Their forges do not burn with ordinary fire, but with the raw energy of the planes, reshaping weapons, armor, and tools into something beyond mortal craftsmanship.

These artisans do not merely make objects; they bind the laws of different dimensions into their craft. A sword forged in their hands might be infinitely sharp in one reality, weightless in another. A suit of armor might be capable of repairing itself, shifting density to absorb any impact. They create weapons that sing with the voices of the void, gauntlets that channel the gravity of a dying world, and artifacts that hold the memory of civilizations long since erased from time.

The path of the Planar Artisan is not an easy one. Many start as ordinary smiths, their hands calloused from years of hammering steel. But then they touch something they cannot explain—a fragment of a fallen plane, a sliver of a forgotten god’s armor, an object that should not exist in this world, yet does.

Others are taught by masters who do not belong to any one reality, learning from beings who have seen entire dimensions rise and fall. Some Planar Artisans discover their abilities through tragedy, caught in a riftstorm that consumes their forge, only to emerge changed, their hands imbued with an instinctive understanding of how to shape reality itself.

Regardless of how they are forged, all Planar Artisans share a relentless pursuit of the unknown. Their creations are never complete, their knowledge never full, for the multiverse is infinite—and so too is their craft.

A Planar Artisan’s workshop is not bound to a single place. Some build their forges at the edges of rifts, where raw dimensional energy fuels their craft. Others carry their own miniature pocket-dimension, summoning tools that exist across multiple realities at once. The greatest among them need no forge at all—with a thought, a touch, and an understanding of the cosmic forces at play, they can reshape the very world around them.

With their mastery over matter and dimension, a Planar Artisan can:

Forge weapons that phase between existence, striking from multiple angles at once.
Imbue armor with the resilience of celestial steel, allowing it to adapt and mend itself.
Shape tools that ignore conventional limits, creating machines and mechanisms that should not function, yet do.
Reinforce structures with planar energy, making them impervious to destruction.
They do not ask whether something can be built.

They ask how many realities it will take to make it so.

This booklet contains a full class for a Fantasy setting involving dimensional travel, with a detailed description, and unique abilities up to 20th level.
