This board game has been developed by Employers Reinsurance Corporation to have fun in learning actions that may cause errors and omissions claims. Playing the game should harness the participants' spirit of competition, which is the lifeblood of the real estate brokerage business. - quote from the rules.
The object of the game is to reach closing of your listing and collect the most commission of any other player or team. This is accomplished by moving around the board and answering question cards. Correct answers gain money, incorrect answers cost money.
This is a teaching tool for real estate agents in game form.
