The aim of the game is to build a team of employees with different skills and experience for great vacancies, reflecting the diversity of our society. A number of companies are revealed, each with job vacancies for different professions.
During the game, each player acquires possible employees of the most diverse classes, genders and professions, placing them in a puzzle in front of them. Once a player has managed to gather orthogonally adjacent possible employees on their table, fulfilling the requirements of one of the companies with current vacancies, they can "hire" one of these, which will generate points at the end of the game, and reveal a new company, with new job vacancies.
At the end of the game, each person employed generates points and the categories most in demand by the market, additional points.
