Description

Do Move Say is a party game for 10 - 40 players (more if one combines decks). The game takes place standing up in a moderately open space, enough for the players to move around freely.

Do Move Say has two main layers: The Mastermind and Detective game and the Townspeople game.

The Mastermind is trying to accomplish three tasks: Disable three players, find a secret key, and pass a secret note. The Detective must stand outside of the space and determine which player is the Mastermind before the tasks are complete.

The Mastermind must complete the tasks in the midst of the Townspeople game. Each Townsperson has instructions on how to behave in the space, including two "if / then" statements and two global statements. Their behavior makes it difficult for the Detective to determine which player is the Mastermind, while also making the Mastermind's tasks challenging.

Mod cards are also available in the deck, which give one or more of the townspeople goals other than satisfying both "if / then" statements. Mods include the Doctor, who can revive disabled players, the Mimic, who copies everything he sees, and the Pamphleteer, who must distribute three notes without being detected.

The game ends once the Mastermind has completed all three tasks, the Detective has made a guess, or when time expires.
