Doctor Doctor! is a morbidly funny turn-based competitive strategy game about saving patients while surviving a day at the hospital. Each player assumes the role of a hospital staffer and must take care of 3 patients at a time.
Players take turns drawing from the Rounding deck on their own patients and staffers while playing cards from their hand on their opponents. The Rounding deck is comprised of cards that can help treat patients, make their conditions worse, move them around the table, prevent staff from treating their patients, and modify other cards in play.
When a patient is saved or pronounced dead, players must clear them from play and draw a new one from the Patient deck. Just like in a real hospital!
Once the last patient has been drawn, players race to be the first to clear the patients in front of them. Then they tally their Save Scores (saved minus dead) to determine the winner!
