The Dominion Rules Digest represents a massive revision and expansion of the Dominion Rules fantasy roleplaying system, which has now reached version 2.0.

Since its appearance in November 1999, Dominion Rules has been continually growing and evolving. Much of this development has been carried out by Dominion Games. But a great deal of DR’s growth is due to the players themselves. Through the medium of the internet, Dominion Gamers from Australia to Canada, Russia to South Africa (and dozens of countries besides) have collaborated on everything from typo corrections to major rules expansions.
