Don Q. und die unbekannte Yante

Don Q. und die unbekannte Yante is an abstract strategy game for two, played on an 8 x 8 grid. Each player owns six pieces at the beginning of the game. The goal is to either reach one of the two designated fields at the opponent's base line without the piece being eliminated in the next turn; or to eliminate all pieces of the opponent.
A piece always moves exactly three orthogonal steps, with turns being allowed. If a piece reaches an opponent's piece's field, it captures that piece. Players can re-introduce captured pieces of the opponent on certain fields on the grid, but these pieces are marked; if they are captured again by their original owner, they are out of the game.
