Don's Screwball was (probably) made with the famed Pinball Construction Set. It features blockily pornographic pictures of several women and no fewer than three phalli. Amusing for about 25 seconds.
Apparently, this game was released into the public domain. It is, perhaps, one of the more famous of the homebrew pinball games.
