Purpose: Agent 911 has been created out of concern for the safety of children. "Don't Talk to Strangers" provides a simple and interesting way to learn the basic safety rules that are so necessary in today's society. Agent 911 encourages you to use "Don't Talk to Strangers" as a means to opening communication with children, to discussing family safety plans, and to establishing rules for the prevention of unhappy or tragic situations.
