THE FLOCK presents a collection of high-tech spy-fi characters belonging to the mercenary group of the same name. Led by Delphi, the well-connected fixer with a secret identity, the team uses their skills both in the employ of high-paying clients and for pro-bono work to pursue their personal missions.

THE FLOCK features six fully-stated characters with backgrounds, notes for using them as allies or antagonists, stats for the organization, and new rules, including two new professions, new skills, and new traits.
