The main character is Punkkommando, a young punk that want to destroy is town, Dovadula's.
But the last time he try to destroy it he lose his bass guitar and the police start to search him.
So he switch his identity with the green cowboy Capitan Fortuna and go to his bass master Matt Freeman for receive some advices.
