In Downtown Nekketsu Kōshinkyoku: Soreyuke Daiundōkai (ダウンタウン熱血行進曲 それゆけ大運動会?, Downtown Nekketsu March: Let's Go to the Great Athletic Meet) features Nekketsu competing against three other teams (Hanazono, Reiho, and an inter-school union) compete in a series of four athletic events. Up to four players can participate.
Released for the PC Engine Super CD-ROM² by Naxat Soft in Japan on July 14, 1992.
The Famicom version was released for the Virtual Console in Japan on December 4, 2007.
