Dr. Who?: Is there a Doctor in the House...?

A modified percentile-based system (Call of Cthulu) for four (4) Player Characters set in the ‘Doctor Who’ Universe. Considering the complexity of the plot, it is perhaps best to let the Doctor himself describe the sequence of the Module:
“...This is my Timey-Wimey detector. Goes ding when there's stuff. Also, it can boil an egg at thirty paces. Whether you want it to or not, actually. So I've learned to stay away from hens. It's not pretty when they blow...”
And to clear up any remaining confusion, yet another quote by the Doctor;
