Description
Dragon Ball Z: Chō Saiya Densetsu (ドラゴンボールZ 超サイヤ伝説), translated as "Dragon Ball Z: Super Saiya Legend", is a video game developed by TOSE and published by Bandai for the Japanese Super Famicom on January 25th 1992. It is based on the Dragon Ball Z anime TV series and the first game for this franchise released on the Super Famicom platform.
This game is a remake of two games released on the Famicom; Dragon Ball Z: Kyôshū! Saiyan and Dragon Ball Z II: Gekishin Freeza!!, but without the movie characters and anime filler elements that were featured in those installments. The story encompasses the rough outline of the Vegeta, Namek, and Freeza Sagas.
