This book provides the framework for Dragon Storm. The book covers the game mechanics you will be using to resolve the situations that occur as you play. It is the Rules. On the web pages you will find a downloads link. There you will find descriptions of cards, PDF's, and guidelines for their use. Guidelines are secondary to the rules. You will discover that the GM can override anything we have written, but that is for later.
