Description
From the introduction:
The Drama & Dice rules assume some familiarity with the most basic features of RPGs - how players portray characters, how GMs weave worlds, and so on.
User summary:
Character creation is quite free-form, with players "inventing" one to ten Skills and distributing points among them. Atypically, the Gm then invents basic descriptions and backstory for the player's character. Actions are resolved by rolling a dice pool (often a single dice) and trying to "roll under" the related Skill rating. The number of dice and the type of dice (e.g., D4, D6, D8, etc.) is determined by the GM to establish difficulty.
