User Summary

Dynasty Warriors DS: Fighter’s Battle is a portable addition to the Dynasty Warriors franchise. Unlike its hack and slash brethren, however, Fighter’s Battle’s game mechanic centres around a system of 108 Warrior Cards. These cards are used to summon the heroes from the Dynasty Warriors series to assist the player in battles. The player can choose one of three generic warriors to control, and in each battle they must endeavor to gain control of more territories than their opponent. Fighter’s Battle puts more emphasis on the Battle Deck than the hack and slash gameplay typical of the franchise.
