Description
In "É Hora de Votar!", players assume the role of voters and politicians. Each round, two players try to win the votes of the others, by promising to build parks, schools, hospitals etc. But everybody has a secret agenda, and to win an election a player must try to do what the majority of the voters want. The first player to complete all his secret and open goals wins the game (text created by the game's designer).
