This guidebook is the second half of the Eä Role Playing Game Basic Rules. The first book, the Players' Guide is only for those who will act as players, and only includes the information necessary for the players to create their characters as quickly as possible to begin game play. This second book is for the Game Master's eyes only. It includes more technical rules and information necessary for playing the game. The greater share of learning does fall on the shoulders of the Game Master, but it is a very rewarding and worthwhile effort for those willing to take on the added challenge.
