Vive La Revolution!
On July 14, 1789, the peasants of Paris stormed the Bastille fortress, signalling the beginning of the bloody French Revolution. Join the fight with this fast-paced card game for 1-2 players!
Based on the Gridcannon system, Eat the Rich sees players draw a single card each turn before placing it in or around a 9 card grid. If you draw a Noble (Jack, Queen, or King), place it around the perimeter of your grid (or an opponent's, if playing against friends). If you draw a numbered card, an Ace, or a Joker, place that card in one of the 9 spaces on your grid. Choose carefully, because you can only place a card on top of an equal or lesser-value card.
Line up high-value cards for clever combos and calculated attacks on the nobles, but don't get ahead of yourself. If you draw a card you can't play, you'll lose points. Destroy all twelve nobles to win the game. A simple, intuitive score system allows solitaire or competitive players to track their progress.
Includes 2 decks of traditional playing cards for classic games. Add a second set and play with up to 4 players.
