echoes is essentially our take on Asteroids & to save anyone else the trouble of making the comparison, yes, it's also "a bit like Geometry Wars" :)

Players in Echoes take control of a spacehip from a top down perspective using the mouse to move and the keyboard to point their gun. Players progress through 10 levels, each introducing a new enemy type. Once players reach the tenth level enemies speed up and become more frequent until the player is eliminated.
