The TACTCOM expansion for EF 2000 adds a number of new features and upgrades to the flight sim. Network multiplayer capability is available through IPX, direct connection or modem. Players can now use the tactical mission planner to plot their own missions within a campaign. Other enhancements include air traffic control, enhanced AI driven cameras, new map types and new instrumentation.
