Elf on the Stealth

Following in the tradition of "escape room in a box" games, Elf on the Stealth is an escape room in a Christmas card. Players attempt to track down the infamous mole that Big Plastic — an evil consortium of plastic-toy manufacturers — have placed within Santa's organization by solving puzzles, hunting down clues, and engaging in some lateral thinking.

The game comes in the form of a Christmas card that could be sent to friends or relatives with a cheery holiday message, which contains a link to a web app (written in simple JavaScript to be compatible with any smartphone, tablet, or PC) that mediates the game.
