Emergence Event: Captain Xeron and Xoron

Xeron the Planet Smasher and Xoron the Galaxy Conqueror

These two each bring 1 special ability to their ship:

Xeron grants +1 to any stat for control markers they have in their current Galaxy tile.
Xoron grants +1 to all stats if they completely control each Location in a Galaxy tile.

These two abilities stack.

However, at the start of the game they only have a two in each crew stat. This is by far the weakest start of any captain, but they have the unique ability to shift their stat bonuses to whatever stat they need for the current situation. As the game progresses and they control and conquer more of the galaxy, their power grows and if left unchecked can quickly eclipse everyone else.
