This volume of Encyclopédie Galactique contain all the rules needed to make characters advance beyond grade 3. It contains two chapters:
The first describe the process by which characters have access to advanced careers, and describe for each Guild a list of 6 possible specialisationss.
The second is a catalog of 30 new advanced skills including psionics ; some new rules how to use these powers as well as tables to allow giving personality traits to characters.
