Issue #4 was the first issue edited by Dr. Mark Clark, editor of Transactions of the Royal Martian Geographical Society. Sadly, it was also the last issue produced by Game Designers' Workshop (GDW Games). This issue contains 4 articles that are re-prints from T.R.M.G.S. (Vol 1, Number 1 - 1991).
