The first part delves into the lore of spirits, their motives as sentient creatures, and the gifts that allying with them can provide.

Part 2 introduces 20 original spirit creatures of Elanor, their lore, and their stat blocks. Appendix A provides a 4 original spells that some of the spirits possess.
