From publisher blurb:
Domain of the Deathless King is a massive five book D&D 5E adventure, with all the world building and adventure creation already done.
It is the first ever 5E adventure series that allows you to play a normal game of D&D, either alone, or with up to four players, but without the need for a DM. You play just as you normally would, around a table, with full character sheets and dice. The only person missing is the Dungeon Master.
The Story.
A once good king has risen from the grave to destroy your homeland. His armies are indestructible, but he is not. Your only hope is to travel to the distant Fortress of Eldervore and slay this Deathless King before he overruns the world! Be wary, for he has many spies, and if you are discovered he will prepare a dreadful welcome when you reach his castle!
This really is the D&D campaign you have dreamed of. You will have time to develop your characters and the opportunity to take risks in order to find powerful magic items. By the end of the adventure you will be a force to be reckoned with. You’ll need to be – for the Deathless King is no easy opponent.
Your party will face many battles along the way. Each major encounter has a map and all the monster statistics you need. Each monster has a ‘behaviour’ telling you how they will act in combat. Some of the monsters can be quite devious, and you’ll need tactical planning to overcome the most difficult challenges. Each map is full Colour – and yes, you’ll be able to buy map packs for every Full Battle in the game.
Each book takes place in a different area of the world, whether it is the dreadful Fire Marshes, the chaotic City of Ascay or the grim fortress of Eldervore itself. Each book is good for two or three game sessions (or one very long one) and the books are replayable – your adventure is quite different if you go down one path instead of another.
Book 1 – Expedition to Eagle's Watch
Your homeland is under threat from the armies of the Deathless King. You must travel across the bandit infested lands of Eastern Corodon if you are to reach the safety of Eagle's Watch.
