Description
Each player starts with 14 soldiers and 1 ensign on the 15 spaces between two castles. Movement is one space in any direction. The river can only be crossed on the three bridges. Enemy pieces can be captured by jumping over the piece onto an empty space behind it. Capturing is alowed in any direction but backwards. To win the game one has to capture the enemy ensign or move one's own ensign onto one of the enemy's starting spaces.
On the backside of the game board, there is an "Nine Men's Morris" board.
